I have a BMW G05 at my place. The car was hit from behind and the RAM module was damaged. The car is from the USA

The RAM that should be: RAM MID SDARS but unfortunately it is not available either in the ASO (unknown waiting time for the part) or on the secondary market in my region

I installed a used RAM MID module from EU - 8807470 (Comes from G29)

There is no sound on Radio FM and I want to do Flash

I removed the 645 and 655 from the equipment and changed the typcode to EU

After calculating the TAL, it shows me the HWEL change. The identifiers are the same. I am sending in the attachment FA, SVT IST, SVT SOLL , TAL

Do you think there may be a problem when trying to Flash with HW-IDs from SVTactual??

If you fill in the wrong bootloader, the ram will no longer get in touch

You've got a VERY strange part. PN 8807470 - not in BMW KIS. HWEL 4235_0_4_0 from your SVT - not in BMW KIS. Like AT ALL! That's why ESys calculates HW exchange.

You sure it's from G29 and not J29 (like in toyota)?

I read Old VIN from RAM. 100%  - G29 from 2018 - Typecode : HF52

So I did Flash RAM EU in BMW G05 from USA with modified FA to EU with HW-IDs from SVTactual. Flash went through without a problem and the FM radio works as it should as well as other functions


The only thing is that there is an error after checking the ISTA in the RAM 031E31 module - manipulation in the software was detected. But it does not interfere with the operation of the RAM module
