Restore SWAP/FEC after gateway change - help with exact procedure with ODIS
Hello,
Recently upgraded gateway from 5Q0 to 3Q0 and everything working fine except MKE (Driver Alert System). I have do only CP removal, but later I found that FeC/SWaP needs to be restored online with ODIS after 5Q0/3Q0 gateway change. Can someone be kind and write exact procedure how to restore FeC/SWaP online with ODIS ? Thank you in advance ! ----------------------------------------------------------------------

RE: Restore SWAP/FEC after gateway change - help with exact procedure with ODIS
Odis-S Start Guide errorsearch or guided functions. Somewhere in the Menu where the Ecus are shown is also a Tab called with Special functions. Most of them is to Reset Service or remove cp. Near the end is something called functions activation/restore - you start this Programm and there you can press restore. You Need to be online, and you will see if he works on ecu 5F and 19. after that it should work.
If my answer helped to fix anything, then don't forget to give me some rep please!

Found this, will test tomorrow:
Special Functions or GFF -> Software Version Management (SVM) -> Function Clearing System (FES) -> Perform test ... -> 1. Activate function 2. Re-create function <- this one Does old SWaP/FeC needs to be deleted prior re-activation or re-activation can be done directly ? ----------------------------------------------------------------------
