This is my first time installing ista~
I am having trouble of ista programming data n/a.
Where do I get the programming file？
I got download the PSdZ 4.41.2 full.
where I should put this PSdZ file?

Extract the full data to folder like C:\Data\PSdZ\data_swi
Then modify the ISTAGUI.exe.config (in the same folder with ISTAGUI.exe), make sure the Programming.ExpertMode = true and Programming.Enabled = true and Programming.PsdzDataPath = "C:\Data\PSdZ\data_swi"
