hi,

I had reinstall AOS ISTA: both intallers ran fine w/o error messages at the end or else, but running ISTA quits with no programming data installed

ran the same installers on different machine (no previous install of AOS ISTA present): all was working and ISTA runs just fine

I suspect that the uninstall process couldn't remove something from the Registry - I watched disk size during programming data install and it was decreasing, but at the end of the process disk size went back

disk size cannot be the issue as that ISTA version was already on the same machine, no other change happened after the uninstall - I also restarted the machine before/after running the installers

ideas? what should I try?

First, check in registry if programming data is added then check if you have downloaded psdzdata full and added it in your folder
