hi all,


i have a 2011 golf with dq200 dsg clutch has been replaced recently as it was slipping slightly.

we are getting dtc P175D  clutch 1 opens unintentionally - intermittent       with MIL intermittent too.

now when driving the gears change up nice and smooth, and when slowing down they change down nice and smooth too.     but when driving in any even gear and the accelerator is pressed hard so the gears drop down to the odd gear there is a slight delay revs increase slightly and slight jerk when the gear is engaged.

also sometimes when we select reverse there is a slight delay in engagement.

i am guessing its an issue with one or more the solenoids but i cant decide if its a clutch solenoid or a pressure solenoid.

the kickdown from even to odd would to me suggest gear train half 1, as this controls 1 3 5 7 gears

the delay with reverse would suggest gear train half 2, as this controls 2 4 6 R


has anyone had similar issues or can help me with this issue.


also when looking to buy solenoids i have noticed some packs have all black plugs and some are black with one brown,  are both sets compatible with each other??
