Hi Guys! Looking for some help if at all possible!

Ive got a polo 6n2 1.4 in the workshop after engine replacement it seems to have corrupted the immobilizer pairing and is shutting the engine off after 1 or 2 seconds of running, Ideally want to bypass the immo as i dont have the pin for it, what programming equipment do i need? is it a full on eprom out job or can i do it through obd? Im a bit lost on this one,

Have you diagnose and see what fault codes you getting...........? Also have you checked all the fuses.............?

Also try disconnecting the battery for few min and see if immobiliser resets...........You can extract pin code using this tool................
