I m pretty new with the key making thing, but did you tried to run ista D and see personalisation number for the new keys? sometimes it happens that a key forget the personalisation number and for that matter does not work anymore. maybe when you make a key, the cas does not assign a personalization number, so it does not work. it happened to me several times with originals keys that stopped working...

Yes, I did. No success.

I made yesterday a key with abrites for a bmw e65 with cas 2 (2007) and all worked great....

Post here hitag data from the key, page0 could be the problem.
