So Bulgaria is NOT in the list. As many other EU countries. Care to share the mystical coding which would FIX the mobile operator not accepting SIM card in it's network???

I would REALLY like to see such "coding". Maybe same could be applied to mobile phones... disable roaming, "code" it and it will suddenly start to work all over the world for free because roaming is disabled

Everything works fine except CD services on the MGU.
