0Engine  Q7 4M 48V - Need help
Hi together,

a friend of mine has a 2019 Q7 4M with a 210 KW V6 TDI.

He got a fault code on the dashboard, was on his way to a garage (an independent one), and on the highway the car broke down. The 12V and 48V battery was empty.

The garage diagnosed the RSG / BSG / ISG and change it + the 12V battery.

Now, however, the 48V battery isn't charging. He asked me if I could take a look at it, as the garage is stumped.

I did some troubleshooting with VCDS. The 48V battery has a SOC of 10%, and the cells are between 3.34 and 3.37V, with a charge level from 7 to 8% / cell.

Unfortunately, im not very familiar with the system.

Could someone perhaps give me some tips?

I also have ODIS, but only offline, in case that's helpful biggrin

Thanks for your help! smile

I´ve attached the fault codes.
