Here is the fix for 05-2019 which allow you to install on 32bit.

Note about solution 32-bit

if you will going use installation for VCI device.
Don't use 32-bit becouse will have alot of problem with VCI manager
I recommend using 64-bit if you will use for XENTRY VCI

You must edit iso.

Trying to provide the solution in text so no one has to wait for passwords.
The solution is to edit the ISO file, if you pay attention to the installer log when it fails the error is produced during "LaunchConditions", and to identify which MSI is the one failing you can go to the top of the log and it mentions the MSI file name "Xentry Pass Thru.msi", basically you have to use an MSI table editor like SuperOrca, edit the MSI file and on the LaunchConditions table remove the row that makes the MSI verify that the Platform is X64, in the ones I've checked it was the last row.
