The DPF And EGR are already disabled on the machine...but once every two weeks it falls into emergency mode for air consumption.This problem is due to the EGR.If kyo then modet disable it to remove the chip and there was no emergency mode.I'll tell you right away...just dtc off is not enough.

sounds for me just for a bad remapping @ egr+dpf off.
Or try unplug egr and put a plate between exhaust manifold and egr.
