Emergency mode in k900 doesn't exist, you can't enable it, in the tutorial we recommend do the emergency update before move to 900.

The only way, i think, is reinstall the firmware using the "user defined" mode and manually select the modules you want to reinstall.

How I did:

Emergency Update with the same firmware.
Install firmware 900
Install the map
Activate the map
Re-Install firmware 900 (it only install additionals functions like Google Maps and Map Styles that wasn't installed because emergency update only install essentials functions)

Working like a charm here!

how long wait after map installation and reboot 1 min - 5 min - 10min for WIFI wakeup

3- Activate the map -> need to be pressed all 5 buttons (RADIO CAR NAV MEDIA TEL) before placed activation SD card or just inserted activation SD1 with xcode changed to MAC calculation

Yeah since I once had problems installing the map (because of old map files), I always delete nav & partition before installing a new one and I had 0 problems for install new maps since then.

I`ve A4 from 2013 and the maps are original (EU 6.16.3). The firmware was P0662 and now is K0767. I want to udpate to K0900 and maps 6.22.4 with Keldos activator - using v.1.6 tutorial. Do I need to use emergency update in this situation? (original maps - I dont have any activator)? I just planing to erase the maps (database + partition in greenmenu), instal new one and activate? Is it ok?
