Progman32 was never supported with an ICOM. If you want to use an ICOM, upgrade to ISTA/P.

RE: Progman32 install/setup for icom? Nativ?
Progman32 was always a bit unsafe and prone to crashes. ISTA-P is in a different league and runs natively on Windows. ISTA-P will be more up to date as well.

If you have ICOM, and if you haven't already got ISTA-P, definitely get it. With the right download it can be relatively easy to get running too.

Hi ,

I might be wrong , but I remember that if you use the old version firmware of the ICOM-A and set up your network within a DHCP network , than the Program32(SSS) will sees the ICOM .

Please excuse me for am not 100% sure what the latest version that's compatible with the SSS , I figure it's the v3.10.34 possibly , guess you need to find out yourself , but I believe the initial firmware (Icom-Restore.bin) will works .

Good Luck !
