NBT EVO retrofit in Eseries - Solved
Hello Gentlemen ,
I see many people already have experience with EVO retrofit in Eseries so Appreciate if someone can share some info in regards to esys coding and access. I've done the retrofit successfully, Enet wiring is OK , I could read the vin of the EVO by tool32 , I created a new FA with that VIN ( G11 vin ) , but when I try to read the ECU's it shows 0 ECU's . offcourse I'm connecting to S15A - the GW tcp://169.254.199.99:6801 as usual , also same IP is confirmed by tool32 , Also most of the time , I see the network adapter connecting / disconnecting every 2 seconds while EVO is on , once remove the car key and screen is off , I get solid connection . thanks in advanced for any type of help / advice |

You must turn off ignition to get stable connection. I guess it has something to do with the adapter, as removing the adapter removes the ethernet interference.
Logic7 amplifier will give echo to telephone calls, you must install f-series amplifier to solve this. |

NBT usually loead the FA and establishing the connection - then read ECU and NBT is shown in the ECU list , thanks @ap90500 for your advice about the L7 amp , that is a problem then |

Just to update the thread , nothing wrong in terms of wiring or adapter . it was my Esys with Esys plus acting very strange all of the sudden ,
all I did is disconnect car battery for few minutes , and then I managed to access the HU with launcher Esys 3.27.1 , all is just perfect now . it regards to the Logic 7 echo issues , I don't have that issue as I was told its only issue with PRE-LCI Logic 7 amps . |

Yes 752 works . I did an US specs E90 M3 few months back which had 752 .

I have individual amp set but still have echo for the caller. I have not yet played with different values of REFERENCE_CHANNEL_TEL & REFERENCE_CHANNEL_TEL_MODE yet.
EDIT: I **assume** I have individual amp installed as the car (E92 M3) has 752 in the original VO. I have AUDIO_SYSTEM set to individual_sound in my CAF. Email: [email protected] Skype: [email protected]
