I did exactly that. After that I successfully installed Postsetup in the postsetup-popup from the launcher in AU folder. Now with SK and VW launcher there is no PostSetup popup.. How to fix this? How to install SK and VW postsetup?

I have same problem. I know that postsetup data are in on package, but ODIS launcher show that there is no postsetup updates (even after date change). Can it be copied by hand or what setting needs to be modifed that it will be able to installed on same folder all brand postsetup data ?

I end up removing everything, including pieces of ODIS in %programdata% and started again.
You can install ODIS 4.0 like this (some steps may be unnecessary, but hey, it works):
Installation ODIS 4.0 and postsetup.txt

The old 'vas5054 bad bluetooth chip fix' still works by the way.

I've tried everything, and I always have the error message requires jre 1.8.u74 installed

And I have already installed this version of jre

I am installing directly from within the Program Files

C: \ Program Files \ Offboard_Diagnostic_Information_System_Service_VW \ VW

If anyone has an idea help me

I already have the last framework
I have windows 7 32bits

Read the manual again. You can't start the launcher with just the three files in that directory..

Not true, Win7 32 bits works just as fine as you can see in the manual.
