When I run installation I get an error message that states "The Windows service EWA net server has not been stopped correctly.  Please make sure that the service is stopped and the EWA server is no longer active."

I am not sure what to check or do here - any suggestions?

Please help. Im installed the EPC and WIS database and everything is OK, but the EWA server is offline. What should I do to make the EWA server run?
