I understand, but what version it represents? As some psdzdata comes as v61, v62, v63 ect ect

It represents the version stated in the file name.  This PSdZData was ripped from ISTA v.4.15.2x.  Older versions you mention were ripped from ISTA/P, but BMW AG moved F / I / G Series programming from ISTA/P to ISTA+.

For the PSdZData distributed here, the "separation line" is between v63.x and 4.10.x
