My xdos 2018-12 and xentry passthru 2018-12 works normally for that models, click from xentry in simulation.
please try to update all addons first
btw,

1. what other fixes that you apply other than my dummy steps in first post?
   
2. what windows OS that you use? win10x64?

i have got xentry passthru working with a mongoose JLR cable, but can someone tell me if there is something wrong or if im doing something wrong, using DAS i carried out a quick scan and it showed faults in various modules, when i go into the CDI3 module the fault that was present in the quick scan screen is gone, i get "no errors present", but if i rescan a few times i get the message "internal error code", but i can for example read other modules such as A/C which gave me the correct codes. anyone have any ideas?

also does anyone have a link to downloading and installing WIS? thanks

please do more with your mongoose JLR with other mb car and make a feedback regarding mongoose JLR as a MB xentry passthru device if it is worth or not. thanks

no, i have to say and without more revealing that my das is good and very very powerful in xdos and xentry passthru.
my daily work depends on it.

no offense, you have to try other passthru device mate.
