after i install. i open the ewa and login, the epc icon didn't show. just have the feedback icon only.
can i know why?

i manage to get the epc icon already.
but i have another problem. when i click on the datacard then it prompt out a message said that no read authorisation for the datacard.
can anyone here help me on this?

Try a key how has data card authorization.

you mean request for new startkey?
after get the new startkey just replace it or have to reinstall the whole epc again?

I INSTALL ONLY WIS ALL OK DATABASE OK LICENSE OK BUT SAME PROBLEM ONLY ICON FEEDBACK VIEWE HAVE SOLUTION?
