Is this correct:
1-install xentry pass thru with all fixes 
2-install the drivers for vci j2534 cable from the cd
3-install xhorse mvci drivers

Don't do step 2 but everything else is correct. Should just be a .msi file for the mvci drivers to run on step 3.
After installing drivers have to make sure adapter is visible in steps i posted previously and set to COM 2

Any way I will buy one one those vci j2534 $15 and see what he can do comparing with my sd connect c4 on my cars.

The one i uploaded says has virus too? Hmm i even scanned it with mse before just to recheck it and said was clean. Anyhow good luck

I'm using passthru with a DB5 adapter, I also have a VAS5054. How do I switch Xentry to another adapter? I uninstalled the DB5 but now I get a Error 104.

if you install more than one passthru device drivers, xentry will ask which one you want to use.

yes I could see batt voltage but it did not recognize ignition on/off and had to manually select it. That's actually how I could tell it was connected to the car...I forget at which point voltage was shown though as I now have a c4 and the full version installed
