I have problem that I have still error :
3.91 and install 2221-45  when Xentry started and 0 days lic for DAS when started standalone ?

Am I doing something worng with this new long key ?

When files were replaced Xentry starts normally.

I noticed that when I run again Config Assits the key is missing ?

You need to delete the key from the LicDir folder,
keep the folder empty then past your long key

It does not help. After deleting lic file and key input I get same effect.
And same lic file created as before.

PS.
Does it make any difference that it is Xentry passthru version on 64 bit Win 7 ?

xentry passthru with win7x64 should not have any problem but that problem probably because of app-id: 253
what if you re-install xentry passthru from fresh and i and will make a new license key for you with same hw-id and app-id:253
1. after finish and restart,
2. do the step no 4a and 4b (restart)
3. run configassist (internet off), enter the new long key. 

then tell us if it is accepted or not. if it is the same, then app-id 253 is a problem for me.
i never get feedback from other members that ask key for app-id 253 if it is okay or not.

Sorry to hear that.
I faced exactly the same problem,
After I deleted the the (lic_key_2.dat) from the LicDir,
The System works without any issues.
