I was thinking about crack launcher, it shows that it does not work on VMware. Installation of ODIS Eng. on VWmare was OK.

ZVW  Error Message After Running
After installtion and after replacement the OffboardDiagLauncher.exe and de.volkswagen.odis.vaudas.launcher_4.61.0.jar.Run the OffboardDiagLauncher.exe can't work normally.It displays the screen shot too,need your help.Thank you very much.
