I also have problems connecting to 2 different G01 chassis vehicles. I have an ICOM and it will read the VIN and PAD status on the menu bar. But after vehicle ID, it starts asking me to change the PAD status and it will show the status on the menu bar, but ISTA will still ask me if I have changed the status. In the end, all modules show red and no communications with the modules. I have tried uninstalling and installing an older version but same thing. My ICOM works on another laptop fine, so I think it must be my laptop or the install. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.

Asking because i also have two G01 X3's and no issue, so just trying to see you are okay with those 2 G01's with the another laptop.  Thanks.

Correct. On the same G01's it works on another laptop and an older 2019 build of ISTA. Also I am using an OE ICOM.

Would be much easier if you would provide ISTA log. Or do you want us to play guessing game?

Well, then my first guess: don't know if it troubles G series, but for F series you had to set "ethernet as preferred communication channel when connected via ICOM" to no in ISTA. Especially if your ICOM is a clone and has faulty/missing car ethernet.

I would be happy to provide a log. I just don't know how to do that. If you're able to help indicate where to find the log, I would post it. Thank you. I will check this setting tonight. I just don't have a car to test it on right now. So maybe I can get  a log next time assuming I find out how, if it's still not working by then.

i have a strange problem and might have to go back to 4,28. I installed the latest and got licence from Sedoy but after I paste the license the next and finish buttons remain greyed out so I cant complete the process. Cleared registry, reinstalled but still the same. Any ideas?

Are you sure you proçvided the complete code to Sedoy , or copied the complete license to paste in Ista?? I had this one time the buttons stayed greyed out but it was my fault i did nod copied the complete license that Sedoy had provided for me..

Hello, have you tried to delete the records of the old version manually on the computer, I already had this problem and I also had to redo everything again, be careful with the automatic translation when copying the key copy it to notepad and especially when copying the license if you have automatic translator it will give an error in the license I had this problem

I did, made sure I had copied in in full even did a file compare

I dont have a translator, yes, copied it to notepad and still nothing. I have reinstalled twice. Gave up, might try again in future.

...the latest version without license is the 4.32.12, you can fix registry to work with newest DB and SDP.
