most likely you have not completely cleared the system from the old version of the program

Now I get this error when trying to reinstall odis 9.1.0

Software component error. The currently installed data is deleted. First of all, an attempt is made to remove the diagnostic modules (VW MCD, PDU API). The process may take several minutes.
Contact Support.

I have already removed all C++
