If you reinstalled windows without cpu change then change back the computer/user name to the previous one.

For uninstall the VAG software I used a nice script ...
ODIS CleanUp Utility by XDH.Systems (rename .txt to .bat)
In what order should both odis and idex be installed? Or does it matter. I have the same error so i think i must re-install everything.

I got everything re-installed and now all good. Cleaned everything up with that handy script and installed first odis-s then odis-e and last idex. Now all works just fine.
