Thanks for that. I need .bin or .ori file also for the same ecu.
Problem started when i flashed the ecu with H index. Car didn't like it and now it is in SAFE mode. Not able to fladh it back to D index. Not even able to match immo any more.

Convert sgo to bin. 

If it doesn't work for you, you will have to open the ecu. Back up the eeprom, upload a full backup and then upload the original eeprom.

Did not work. Autotuner wont upload that file to ecu. Odis recognize ecu now as 4L0997401H. The problem is that safe is on dash and error code from immo that engine ecu not adpated to immo. I tried to adapt online with odis but it fails. I think problem is that Audi servers does compare all ecus to VIN and H version isn't installed and that's the reason adaption fails. I need ecu to be recognized as 4L0997401D or 4L0910401P. On the ecu itself 4L0910401P is stamped.

Are those files suitable so that i can inject them with Autotuner directly?

What other tools do you have available besides the autotuner? You will have to do it on the bench.

Yes i've noticed that. Thing is that when H version was in it didn't accept adaption even if immo was off. Now there is successfully injected D version and today i'll try to adapt it again. I'll update this thread later today.
