Hello!
I have a Audi A6 with CGQB Engine. I swapped my injectors for bigger ones from CVUA engine (326hp) These injectors flow about 20% more.
After changing them i coded them with VCDS and the car runs. BUT:
In light load areas around 1800-2500rpm there is a "rattling" noise. Sounds not healthy. The injectors were checked 2 times and the bosch service says they are okay (new). So IMO it must be a software problem.
I changed:
- Duration Map
- all rail pressure maps
- all SOI maps

I compared the 2 files (they are not quite similar) as good as i can but i cant find anything else. It sounds like it has to do with pre injection maybe.
Someone already had that problem or sucesfully installed other injectors in that engine? Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post both injector part number?
Did you try car with original duration rail and soi?

No I did not try with original values. And makes no sense imo because it will inject way too much. and there will be other problems.

Car has good power and on full load there are no noises. So I think it works good =) when there is a lot of fuel and the pre injection is not that important for noise canceling.
