RE: Windows 10 USB - VW USB Stick Upgrade
Okay thats cool !! I have 10 VAS6160 / 6160A Tablets here... after the installation i get blue screen. The drivers for the Panasonic CF-D1 Tablets A Models (MK1) are on this USB Stick. When I install a clean Windows 10 Pro and put the drivers on it... the drivers work correct.
(Official the MK1 tablet isn't supported anymore....) Now would be cool on my VAS6160A (Panasonic CF-D1 MK1) .... but I don't want to crash more SSD/HDD .... They are all not working anymore... But I have a VAS 6150B also here with SSD and stuff... everytime it breaks down at the installation creating a partition ... no I have 3 SSD drives not working anymore .... @david99 - maybe its possible to get this script??! @isdochegal - well for the 6150C it's all fine . That should be and thats cool |

Hi, You need to clean your USB stick, I'm personally doing it via diskpart like this: 1. open diskpart in cmd 2. list disk 3. select disk x (instead of x use number which correspond to you USB drive) 4. clean 5. convert gpt 6. create partition primary 7. format fs=fat32 quick 8. assign But be careful if you do not know how to properly use diskpart and you will select different disk you could end up with cleaning some incorrect drive! Then copy all data from ISO - 7zip of VW image to that USB drive. After that put that USB drive into USB of CF-D1 - VAS6160 enter bios and select usb drive to boot from, before be sure you have enabled UEFI Boot. For installing to any other machine it would be tricky as this ISO includes only drivers for panasonic machines, but you could try by editing ts.xml in Deploy\Control\VW-TS-11 on VW media. David |

As non UEFI boot will not recognize GPT but needs MBR. |
