ISTA doesn't reset 8HP or 6HP EWS, contact members here who have Autohex or BMW Explorer some can do remotely but not for free off course.

When the egs tcu have connected for ori cars.. possibleegs ews reset via Ista (have ista version with egs ews reset function). After just put to another car and need only coding..

So Which ista version has the 8hp ews reset function?

Only new gearbox ordered with vin from bmw can go that way, used from donor cars with other tools mentioned above.

I have issues with "bmw_standard_tools_installer_v2.12.2.exe", seems at EDIABAS is corrupted somehow, can't get it work with D-CAN cable.
When I replace EDIABAS from other installation packages everything work as should.
I have installed to default path and edited EDIABAS.INI for correct interface and COMport number.

Is just me or other have same problems ?
