I think he means why Sedoy is not making his standalone version anymore and share it on this forum.

Simple - people ripped off his work for commercial gain - despite attempts to protect this with a license which was distributed on here FOR FREE, people then made a keygen to crack this and yet again make a commercial gain. Even now the new 4.39.2x pre-activated version that's about uses his installer as it has the CarTechnology logo in the corner!!

Why should he spend his own time for free when others are ripping off his work.

There is no one beside Sedoy that was making the standallone version of every new Ista version. 
There has always been 2 people who provided the members of this forum with there standallone version of Ista , i dont remember the name of the other member but he stopped with his standallone version for the same reasen Sedoy decided to stop now.

I dont think there will ever be someone else who can do the job those two members did for this forum, Sedoy is still helping people with activation of his latest standallone version of Ista but he is not going to make any new version.

Not here at the forum. I could imagine that somewhere out in the big world wide web are also others that could do that but then you should not come back here to ask for supprt in case you need one wink.
