Went to update SDP as I've done plenty of times before and now it wants a data global file and data delta file. Why is this? Has something changed?

Which file you put in downloads? Probably wrong meta file

Could you please elaborate on this one step upgrade to latest version. I am also running v4.37.4 and would like to update. Most of the older deltas are not even available anymore.

i would love to know as well... I have only seen the launcher console use the delta update files... never has it used the full sdp during an update

It uses full when you do not have any SDP installed. So clean up relevant registry (and folders to avoid old crap) and it will use it.

Why not read included readme/guide?

I did read the guide but it doesn‘t update my SDP files.
The files are all in the download folder but won‘t be carried out.
All other delta files does…
