Hello, 

Need to change the language from German to Polish on an Audi A4 B8

With this system:

Software version:

BNav-EU_K0206-2D1
Nav. database version:
4G09198840._ECE 5.8.4

Can someone tell me how to do it and which files I need.

Officially - not available for these systems.
To make Polish (or any other unsupported lang) possible - one would have to unpack firmware update files, translate all related language string, recalculate checksums, make adjustments to firmware and pack it all back together.

Not a lot of people could do that correctly and successfully. Modified firmware won't come as free.
Ask around your local Polish community, someone may already have these files.

In the meantime, you can always change to English via settings menu.

Strange, rather all cars from the German market already had the option of choosing the Polish language.
Which city are you from? I have some friends who can help you locally
