If I have working 4.37.4x ISTA and want inside it 4.39 - how to please? Will it work with sedoy licence? Is possible to delete old 4.37 data and make it work with just 4.39 last two i-levels? Thank you

Are you about BLP and SDP?
You can add BLP and SDP from 4.39.20 to 4.37.43 /copy and paste. no need delete nothing/.
After this run correct reg file.

I did it one time in past when trying and result was that all i-level retain. So the size of ISTA folder just got bigger. And that is bad. Because you are using just last two i-levels. So how to avoid this to make only latest two? 
And the reg i guess what you mentioned is just aplicate a reg named something like disable db check or something similar? Or what else? Thank you
