I've now added the ICOM A2 files to the main post. Extract and copy to:

*:\apps\wsm\apps\agent\data\

Possible ... yes using emulator. But you need to modify it yourself.

Don't really understand your question. If you are having problems downloading try using "Utorrent" client.
