You have to split it in parts and change a byte to discover more checksum and also search for logical cluster of values. Not as easy as you think

If I dont calculate them, the dataset is rejected. Do you know which part of the dataset is the region one? I can play with it, if you point me to the correct data pack |

I've even managed to get all VCP datasets (usually encrypted in .zdc file) and have them in XML for all regions - RoW, US, UK and Japan, and also datasets with TSR enabled and disabled for every of the regions. I am analyzing the differences between them and did some byte changes, but still no any successful operational area deactivation  P.S. I am sure that if one day I manage to find or anyone will to share the bytes, they will be just some bytes I was newer expecting to be the ones
