Audi A1 - MMI 3G+/HN+ Stuck on Emergency Mode (Region Change Attempt)

Hi,

The MMI 3G/HN+ in Audi A1 (2015) is stuck on Emergency Mode Screen. This happened during the process of attempted Region Change from Japan to Europe.

The unit now boots up on the Green Screen only (Photo attached) Message on screen stuck on "Scan metainfo..."

Then after couple minutes unit shuts down by itself Red Screen (Photo attached).

Background:
The Audi A1 (2015) Car was imported from Japan into the UK.
Original Software/FW version was: HN+_JP_AU210_P0610
MU version: 0610
Nav database version: 7810

I then updated to New Software/FW version: HN+_EU_AU210_K900

However, after the attempted region change to EU Firmware (above) the MU version remained at 0610 and the navigation database version was blank/empty.

I was not able to install the EU Maps fully to version "ECE 6.36.0 (MMI3GP)", the "AUDI_MMI3G_ECE" option in the install menu was N/A for me.

I had ran (and have attached) the mmi3ginfo log file (using DGER's script via SD Card) which details the units details to this post.

I have more photos and can provide details if needed.
