Hello to everybody.
i'd like to ask you some help to solve my issue.

I'll try to explain my situation:
I have a a3 8v. this car was originally without navigation system. it was added, after market. In my knowledge now the mmi plus is installed with this
SW version: MHIG_EU_AU_P1531
and this NAV DB: V03959800PT 0098 ECE 2015.

Now, i'd like to update my nav db, but i'm not sure if the version updated on this post is compatible with my system or not, and i don't know if also the firmware needs to be update.
Is there someone that can kindly explain me what i have to do please???

Don't try to use any of this updates in this thread mate,this is with your mib device not compatible and you damage your device if you try it..

Ok this is a good starting point . have you got any idea about where i can find maps for my device? or just tell me what i have to search

I just updated my 3gp hdd to 0942 and 6.24.2, everything seams to work fine except navigation. When i enter the adress and press start route guidance it says your route's been calculated and that it stucks, nothing happens!

I followed every step from instructions(v1.6), created code, waited MMI to fully boot, entered SD, MMI rebooted....just as it's written.

What did I do wrong? Please help.

I remember that someone had same problem after updating maps 2016. His problem was solved when he actually drive the car for few km and gps found the location of the car, because he was testing his new maps only stationary in garage.
