Activator does not auto start, what to do?

I have tried multiple sd cards, and removeing it and plugging it in several times.

Software version:
HNav_EU_K0257_6_D2

Nav. database version:
8R0060884ED ECE 6.24.2

What activation did you use?

All of them listed in the thread. I just dont think my MMI autostarts the software on the sdcard.

Hello,
I installed K942 + 6.24.2 on my A4B8 some time ago and everything went great.
Now I would like to install 6.24.2 in my father Q5 with 3G High.
He has :

Do i have to change soft?
Please tell me which activator i need to use to activate the maps:
a) Activator for HNav 257_6 (ONLY FOR 3G High NOT for 3G Basic)
b) Activator 3GH (Activator modified by DarkDLL)

I'm having exactly the same problem. Where did you find the FSC activation that worked?

Edit: Now I'm really confused. Yesterday I was getting the navigation system is blocked message, and the various activators didn't appear to do anything when I inserted the SD card into slot 1. However, today the navigation system is unblocked, and displaying the 6.24.2 maps. All seems to be working fine now. Definitely didn't get any pop ups on screen when I inserted the SD Card with activator software.

For info, my Q5 3G High system software version was already HNav_EU_K0257_6_D2 and my Nav database version was updated from 6.22.4. I didn't uninstall the old nav software before upgrading to 6.24.2

Yes you can use this update and proceed as told in the manual on the first post from darkdll. Use Update instructions for MMI 3G v1.7 (New Version 2017) and read manual carefully
