When using the 2019/09 version, it will take a long time to diagnose the 2019 car.

First of All thanks to everyone keeping this thread alive and updated,

i have 2 little issues so far with me using the VXDIAG ALLSCANNER (Silver)

1. Config Assist Accepts the entered New Key but then after restarting it is disappeared 
2. Xentry Doesnt start and gives the Following Error: Fatal Error (104) No SAE J2534 Configuration was found


even though installation of the VXDiag was successful
am i doing something wrong ?

PS. i remember the coupling step in my older version 12.2018 but i didn't get it this time

ok seems that for the key to be identified you have to give it some few minutes after you restart the system,,

but still no idea regarding the VCI connect, i went to the Support Tool and performed a Self diagnosis and got the following message

Exception of type 'LegacyVCIDiagnose.LegacyVciException' was thrown.
CLegacyVCIRuntime::Initialize()::Can't open registry key
SOFTWARE\Bosch\VTX-VCI\daimler\RT Support - Error 0x50001000 (VTX_RT_INITIALIZATIOn_BASE)

and 2 buttons
RESTART \ CANCEL

  purpose: According to leng007, license control for old and new long keys to block SCN accounts is fixed
  Notes: i get deep information from Glintweb that this is a good solution from 2017 up to 2019-03. for 2019-05 onward, there is more security than this.
