The software from versions 2019.03 to 2019.07 was great.
However, the 2019.09 version of the software is problematic.
I installed all the methods suggested by Penosa.

1. It is very slow.

The 2019.09 version will take at least 30 minutes to start communicating with the vehicle.

The 2019.07 version will diagnose in 5 minutes.

2. I can't log in to scn.

Does anyone have the same symptoms as me?

I want to get help.

I also noticed that the start of the Xentry was slower and I have timed it on my two teams:

- Core 2 Duo T7600: 4 minutes from when the Xentry is launched until it goes to step 2, one more minute to finish the 5 steps and be prepared. (5 minutes)

- I7 3520: 2 minutes and 15 seconds to pass the first step, 30 seconds more to finish all the steps and be available. (2´45´´)

But in xentry langage is french and i open das langage is germany

pretty sure if you open file location and look in advance tab , you see .esp (Spanish) .eng (english) and so on change to desired language i have not had to change in a long while , if in doubt search you tube hope this help you.+

I installed the Xentry PassThru version 09/2019. I used it for the first time today. I am using Hella Gutmann VCI. I connected the W211 and did a short test, I read everything.
But I can't read the engine ECU in the Sprinter W906 2009. DAS starts, in a short test does not see the engine. Is the problem in VCI? Is something wrong configured?

Update your sd
Make sure you have fresh battery inside mux
1-open sdconnect administration (right-click on the icon in the taskbar)
2-go to "software update" you will see a list of files, run the following file one by one
