I see device in device menager and when start xenty I can choose vas 5054 it should mean that driver is instaled,anyway is it any driver for x64 vas 5054 except Roturbo,s driver

Hi,I installed xentry pasthrue 2021 on windows 8.1 64bit and when start diagnose I have not batery status and ignition status at all,select the car diagnose and I get eror 99.58642.0 anybody can help?Thank you

Do you have a compatible device and is it installed properly?

To be able to install on W8 you had to modify the installer, if you could update to W10 it would be better.

Good advice. It won't install on W8, received a message that it could not install on this version of Windows, upgraded to W10 as I did not know that the installer could be modified to accommodate W8.

In W10 you should not have any problem to install Xentry, do it, install the drivers of your PT device and do all the preparation that the system needs.

I change my Laptop ( i buy the same Laptop) and i use my old SSD( the Xentry was already installed)
Now, if i want to start the Xentry they want License Key , why?

When switching systems your hw-id has changed, you just need a new key.

In your case, the person who installed it protected the system to avoid cloning, it can be deleted but you should talk to whoever installed it for you

Hi all. I have xentry passthru 03.2020 old instalation working on win10x64 and license to 01.01.2023.After start xentry have a message 9day left. Start configassyst load new key, configasyst ok with new key and new date for license but after start xentry return to old license and 9 day left. How i can renew license.Thanks advance.
