Do you need FSC code if the car still has "automatic map updates till 2019" to update to 2017-4?

So its possible to update car to 2017-4? The NBT says 2015-3+ with automatic updates (at 2017-3)

Yes, you can update with usb stick.
Automatic update is through 3g/4g.
