This means that you did not install any of the Net Frameworks: 4.5.2, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7.0, 4.71, 4.7.2 and 3.5 This is a common mistake when nothing happens. I have bitdefender antivirus installed on my computer and the software was blocking ISTA from running for some reason it saw the program as a trojan, for anyone who has any type of antivirus software its a good idea to check to make sure that ISTA is not being blocked by said software |
