i canread it with xprog but i cant write ir erase becose i need to connect vcc to pin in MCU and external flash any one know what or how to make that? |

You need to pull the WP write protect pin high, check what flash chip you have and find the data sheet for it, I think 28f800
You can pull it high by unsolder and lift that pin, connect to 5v source through a 1k resistor, and it should be free to erase and program. The last time I had one of these, I just transferred the flash chip instead of single pins and resistors etc. |
