I also followed slackers guide but only BLP is being upgraded not SDP. I have attached a screenshot of folder and the result.

Open your eyes and think logically. What do you see in your photo? What's the last SDP you see in Console? (4.37.20).Then notice that you didn't paste the SDP Delta file. This cannot be skipped, therefore only the BLP is updated.

To update the SDP, you need all the deltas.
so, from say 4.37.4 to 4.39.1, you need: 4.37.4 (just the xml) 4.38.1 4.38.2 4.38.3 4.38.4 4.39.1 However, 4.38.1 came with a FULL, so you can use that and ignore any deltas lower |

All posted on this forum - if you start with Sedoy 4.37.4x, you don't need that many files.

RE: ISTA Standalone / Standard Tools / PSdZData_Lite - last [MEGA]
My old laptop was quite low res so no scaling was used and ISTA showed just fine, I now have a 1920x1080 laptop with a 13" screen so it's set to scale at 150%, I tried to use the old config file addition to change the res and it no longer works, is there anything else I can do?
It's annoying as it's just bigger than the screen so the menu bar isn't visible <!-- resolution, change it if needed --> <add key="BMW.Rheingold.ISTAGUI.Height" value="400" /> <add key="BMW.Rheingold.ISTAGUI.Width" value="800" /> |

Double Click the top bar in the ISTA screen and it will make the whole ISTA the size of your laptop screen and you can see the bottom buttons. |

RE: ISTA Standalone / Standard Tools / PSdZData_Lite - last [MEGA]
Thanks a tonne to Sedoy for providing us a Standalone Version.
Thanks to Slayers and davidoff86 for their support to get upgrade working from 4.37.40 to 4.39.10 I had issues updating to 4.38.21 even though I had all the delta files for that update, got advise from davidoff86 and I placed all the delta files and xml in the ISTA_Store-> Downloads folder staring from version 4.38.10 to 4.39.10. And everything worked perfectly. Hope this helps someone. |
