Greetings,need help with w203, vehicle steering is locked,insert key nothing happens,would like to know,will the ignition only come on after steering unlocks,sent the eis and a new key was made, still steering wont unlock,checked power and ground at the esl conector  can one kindly advise

if you are sure that esl problem then get a virgin dump and write to mcu hc05e6

Hi,the remote does not work , tried tapping no luck ,is there  way to test if the motor is faulty,i tried changing front sam module and nothing

Hi,im not sure if its the esl,because i cant get diagnostic to communicate as i cant put ignition on,is there a way to test if its the esl,i got a new key made and key fob also not working ,with the steering locked how do i take out the esl

WAS EIS  FULLY WORKING BEFORE KEY WAS MADE/ IE WITH OLD KEY
ESL WILL NOT RELEASE UNTIL EIS IS FULLY WORKING
YOU NEED TO GET A WORKING KEY FIRST PROGRAMMED TO EIS
WHAT YEAR IS YOUR CAR
AND CAN YOU UPLOAD PICTURE OF ESL

Hi,i put the key in eis ,pressed the button ,led flahes,still not unlocking,phoned the guys who made me the new keys,they said i must send it back as thire test cables were faulty.will keep u updated

Hi,had to make a new key because vehicle got stuck at shopping mall, got it checked with diagnostic and key was a problem,remote fob was working fine,after the new key was made remote stopped working and no ignition or unlock,phoned the guys who made the key and was told thire test cables were faulty ,so i sent eis and key back ,will update when it returns

Yeah, I do 2-4 a week of these. I have 1 esl faulty in maybe 60-70 cases and sometimes eis faulty if before 2002.

hi, this locksmith seems to have failed, as he sent the key and eis back, can u kindly advise wht i should do,maybe its a faulty eis,and if i get a used one,wht can i do to make it work .
