need help for immo off on toyota corolla 2000 1.6, eprom 93c56 read from ecu, car not start

Can you describe why you need immo off ?
If ecu exchange just put the new ecu and synchronise for 45 mn

Car not start, has immo dtc error code 
B2798. Ecu not changed.

B2798 or 99 ?
Try synchro immo ecu or post transponder id i try to synchro manually if that not success check antena coil
