this is a clone, icom next a2.

I see this is the new and original ICOM P hardware from ICOM NEXT with addition recorder for trace and protokol.
that's why it's in its ICOM NEXT box and the name is ICOMP NEXT.

Port 60080 is closed on the ICOMP, have you tried port 58000?

Can you post screenshot from Advanced IP Scanner with the ICOMP line expanded.

Download Advanced Port Scanner and run it against the ICOMP ip address and post the results.

Does not look like you have any HTTP ports open and no other useful ports.

RE: ICOMP, ICOM Next Connection problem with ISTA
Maybe IToolRadar is not designed for ICOMP? I see port 6801 open so you should be able to connect to a car. All configurations ports seem to be closed which might be expected from the factory tool.

How can I connect to car?
I see not ICOMP in ISTA .
Which settings should I take from ISTA VCI Configuration Manager?

Thanks
