I ran ISTA_Requirements and attached the screenshot below. I also went through the Requirements.txt file in the installation directory and this is what I have, all looks correct:

1. Windows 10 v1903 or higher - Mine is, Windows 10 v19044
2. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8.x - Mine is, v4.8.04084
3. Visual C++ Runtime 2015-2019 - Mine is, 2005 thru 2022
4. Google Chrome - Installed, v100.0.4896.60
5. Windows username -Mine is, Admin

Is there something else I can check? Maybe reinstall ISTA?
