Problem is in users system and this problem is many times discussed in this thread. Clean!!!

I didn't requested... maybe because I install in the same laptop where I had last version was 4.32? can be the same key like in may last version?

Sort problems with your system, problem is not the license.

Clean complete ISTA, files, regkeys etc. and reinstall.
